Movement+ was created to bridge the gap between pain and performance, for people who are at a loose end trying to get out of daily discomfort or who are looking for an alternative way of rehabbing an injury.

Movement+ is based around the mechanics of the body, this principle is bullet proof alongside a deep understanding of exercise and the variables around all things recovery.

Movement+ initially involves an initial onboarding biomechanics assessment, tailored to your current needs. This initial assessment creates a blueprint which i use to create a specialized training plan (delivered via truecoach) that week by week will be reassessed to create the positive change you need

The smaller details are everything when it comes to this stuff - so there is a large emphasis on accountability through WhatsApp throughout the process
